Conversational Search in SharePoint Portal
We deployed a SharePoint bot for a healthcare organization, enabling conversational search within their portal. By leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU), users can search for files, folders, FAQs, and events using natural language queries. This intelligent search functionality is powered by Rasa NLU and Rasa Core, with Python and REST API integration.
Improving Program & Workshop Search
To enhance program and workshop search capabilities, the leading Arts Council organization partnered with TeBS to incorporate AI-driven auto-complete and auto-correct features. TeBS suggested using an AI-driven sentence transformer, conversational search, and semantic and synonym search techniques. The proposed solution involves exposing search functions as APIs, enabling the NAC’s application team to efficiently populate search results on their portal.
Comparing Sports Actions for Self-Learning
TeBS developed an AI model using Python, Mediapipe, Torch Vision, and Matplot for the Client’s self-learning sports comparison system. The model accurately compares videos of trainers and students executing sports actions with criterion videos. Students can practice skills, view criterion movements at different speeds, and compare their execution side-by-side with the criterion videos. This system helps students improve their sports performance.
Automated Feedback Classification & Case Creation
The Power Utility company receives feedback through multiple channels such as email, SMS, live chat, calls, and hardcopy forms. To streamline the process,we implemented the Enhanced Customer Feedback System (ECFS). This system automates the extraction of text content from emails and SMS, classifies feedback types (compliments, complaints, feedback, or suggestions) using Azure Machine Learning and K2, and generates cases for further processing. This approach saves time and improves case management.
Smart Digital Assistance for FAQs
TeBS assisted the logistics customer in automating their Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) process by implementing a Smart Digital Assistance chatbot. This chatbot, integrated with popular communication channels like WhatsApp, Facebook, and WeChat, offers dynamic actions. It provides various services, including FAQs, package tracking, obtaining quotes, payment of duties and taxes, scheduling deliveries, and custom clearance. The chatbot ensures multi-language support and seamless integration with communication channels through Google DialogFlow and REST API.
